  President Muhammadu Buhari President Buhari has ordered all states to enforce the use of masks in public places. Wednesday, August 5, the NCDC announced 457 new cases recorded in 21 states, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with Lagos, Abuja and Plateau state occupying the top three spots.
